আমাদের সাক্ষাৎকারের ধরন
বিজ্ঞানী.অর্গ-এ আমরা দুই ধরনের সাক্ষাৎকার পরিচালনা করি:

- ভিডিও-ভিত্তিক সাক্ষাৎকার: এই পদ্ধতিতে জুম, গুগল মিট কিংবা অন্য প্ল্যাটফর্মের মাধ্যমে ভিডিওতে সাক্ষাৎকার গ্রহণ করা হয়।
ভিডিও সাক্ষাৎকারের জন্য নির্দেশিকা
আমাদের ভিডিও সাক্ষাৎকারের প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কে কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য নিচে দেওয়া হলো:
- স্বেচ্ছাসেবক দল: সাক্ষাৎকারটি মূলত আমাদের স্বেচ্ছাসেবক দলের দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয়, যারা মূলত বাংলাদেশের সরকারি ও বেসরকারি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের স্নাতক পর্যায়ের শিক্ষার্থী। তারা আপনার পটভূমি সম্পর্কে জেনে এবং প্রশ্ন প্রস্তুত করে এই প্রক্রিয়ায় অংশগ্রহণ করে।
- উপস্থাপক: একজন উপস্থাপক আপনার এই সাক্ষাৎকারটি পরিচালনা করবেন। পাশাপাশি শিক্ষার্থী ও ভলেন্টিয়ার দলও এই সাক্ষাৎকারে উপস্থিত থাকেন।
- তরুণদের সঙ্গে সংযোগ: এই পদ্ধতিতে আমরা তরুণ প্রজন্মকে জ্যেষ্ঠ বিজ্ঞানীদের সঙ্গে নেটওয়ার্কিংয়ের সুযোগ প্রদান করি এবং তাদের মধ্যে জ্ঞান বিনিময়ের সেতু নির্মাণ করি।
সাক্ষাৎকারের ধাপসমূহ
- তারিখ ও সময় নির্ধারণ: প্রথমে আমরা আপনার সঙ্গে সাক্ষাৎকারের উপযুক্ত তারিখ ও সময় নির্ধারণ করব। এরপর আমরা আপনাকে জুম , গুগল মিট কিংবা অন্য প্ল্যাটফর্মের মিটিংয়ের লিঙ্কসহ একটি আমন্ত্রণ (meeting invites) পাঠাব।
- সাক্ষাৎকার রেকর্ডিং: নির্ধারিত সময়ে জুম , গুগল মিট কিংবা অন্য প্ল্যাটফর্মের মাধ্যমে সাক্ষাৎকারটি রেকর্ড করা হবে।
- ভিডিও সম্পাদনা ও প্রকাশনা: সাক্ষাৎকারের পর আমরা ভিডিওটি সম্পাদনা করে অপ্রয়োজনীয় অংশগুলি বাদ দেব। সম্পাদিত ভিডিওটি পরে আমাদের ইউটিউব চ্যানেলে প্রকাশ করা হবে। বিজ্ঞানী.অর্গ এর ইউটিউব চ্যানেল লিংক।
আপনার প্রস্তুতির জন্য পরামর্শ
- সাক্ষাৎকারের আগে আমরা সম্ভাব্য প্রশ্নের একটি তালিকা প্রদান করব যাতে আপনি প্রস্তুত হতে পারেন।
- অনুগ্রহ করে নিশ্চিত করুন যে আপনার ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ স্থিতিশীল এবং জুম, , গুগল মিট কিংবা অন্য প্ল্যাটফর্মের সফটওয়্যারটি ইন্সটল করা আছে।
- ভিডিওতে সাক্ষাৎকার নেয়া হয় বলে ওয়েবক্যামেরাটির সংযোগ চেক করে নিন।
- ঘরে পর্যাপ্ত আলো এর ব্যবস্থা করুন যেন ওয়েবক্যামেরাতে আপনাকে ভালোমতন দেখা যায়।
- ধর্মীয় কিংবা অন্য কোন কারণে ওয়েবক্যামেরা অন করতে না চাইলে অনুগ্রহ করে উপস্থাপককে জানিয়ে দিন।

Warm greetings from the team at Biggani.org. Through our platform, we conduct interviews with distinguished individuals involved in science and research to inspire the younger generation to engage in research and develop a scientific mindset.
Types of Interviews We Conduct
At Biggani.org, we offer two types of interviews:
- Text-Based Interviews: In this method, we send you a Google Form where you can provide your answers in writing.

- Video-Based Interviews: Interviews are conducted via video using Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms.
Guidelines for Video Interviews
Here are some important details about our video interview process:
Volunteer Team: The interview is primarily conducted by our team of volunteers, who are undergraduate students from public and private universities in Bangladesh. They participate by researching your background and preparing questions.
Presenter: A presenter will lead your interview. Additionally, a team of students and volunteers will be present.
Connecting with Youth: This method allows us to provide networking opportunities between the younger generation and senior scientists, building bridges for knowledge exchange.
Steps of the Interview
- Scheduling Date and Time: First, we’ll coordinate with you to set a suitable date and time for the interview. We’ll then send you a meeting invite with a link to Zoom, Google Meet, or another platform.
- Interview Recording: At the scheduled time, the interview will be recorded via the chosen platform.
- Video Editing and Publishing: After the interview, we’ll edit the video to remove any unnecessary parts. The edited video will be published on our YouTube channel. Biggani.org YouTube Channel Link
- Publish on Website: A short description of the interview will be published on the biggani.org website.
Tips for Your Preparation
- Question List: We’ll provide a list of potential questions beforehand so you can prepare.
- Technical Setup: Please ensure your internet connection is stable and that you have Zoom, Google Meet, or the relevant software installed.
- Webcam Check: Since the interview is video-based, make sure your webcam is functioning properly.
- Lighting: Arrange adequate lighting so that you’re clearly visible on camera.
- Privacy Preferences: If you prefer not to turn on your webcam due to religious or other reasons, please inform the presenter.
